My kitchen is small, can I still book your services ? What equipment do I need ?

Of course ! Our chefs will adjust their work to the size and equipment of your kitchen. If it is too small, the chef will prepare most of the work in his own work place and finalize the dishes at your home. Similarly, if you lack the equipment, the chef will complement it. However, it may be necessary to adapt the menu.

The more your kitchen is fitted with equipment, and the more our chef will be comfortable to create dishes. However, if your kitchen is poorly equipped, the chef will adapt his menu. This is the challenge of the chef at home. However, with very little means, our chefs manage to do great things.
It is important to communicate well with the chef after booking. Think of describing your equipment (oven, plates, utensils, pots, pans etc ...) and the serving dishes you have. The chef will bring what is missing.

For cooking classes, you will need a minimum of a cutting board, knives, pots and pans, etc. You can discuss all this with the chef before the day !
